The amazing students from Limerick Institute of Technology - LIT created an Ad Campaign about #mensmentalhealth while also raising the awareness of Limerick Suicide Watch which one of our brilliant volunteers Richie Ryan features.
Unfortunately during these unprecedented times many people will feel low and feel isolated.
There are many support networks and services that are available which are listed on our Limerick Suicide Watch App which can downloaded for free from our website limericksuicidewatch.ie.
